Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer free returns on eligible items.

Return Window

  • If you’re not completely satisfied, return your item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exceptions / Final Sale

  • Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and certain items like intimates and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • Contact us at support@novastore.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.

  • Pack your item securely and send it back using the label provided.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
