We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’re happy to offer free returns on eligible items.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached so we can accept the return.
Please note that sale or clearance items, gift cards, and certain items such as intimates, swimwear, or accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To start a return, simply contact us at support@novastore.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Just pack the item securely and send it back using the label provided.
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order if you’d like a different size or style.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it for you as quickly as possible.
