Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer free returns on eligible items.
Return Window
If you’re not completely satisfied, return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exceptions / Final Sale
Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and certain items like intimates and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
Contact us at support@novastore.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
Pack your item securely and send it back using the label provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
